Getting Started
Getting started takes only a few minutes. Sign up using your Google account or create a BubbleCharge account with email. To maintain a safe and trusted community, all users must complete identity verification before using the platform.
Safety and trust are at the core of BubbleCharge. All users are required to submit identity verification before they can book or host charging sessions. Verification helps protect hosts and finders, reduces fraudulent activity, and builds trust within the BubbleCharge community.
Hosts can create a charger listing in just a few steps — provide charger type, connector type, charging speed, property location, availability schedule, and optional photos. Set your own session rate and booking preferences. Once published, your charger becomes visible to nearby EV drivers.
Need a charge? Search chargers near your location, view available hosts, compare pricing and charger compatibility, select a convenient time slot, and confirm your booking. Both the Host and Finder receive booking confirmation once a reservation is made.
Arrive at the scheduled time and charge your vehicle. After the session, hosts receive earnings from the booking, finders enjoy convenient charging access, and both parties receive BubblePoints rewards.

Applicable tax (GST/HST in Canada, sales tax in supported US states) is charged on the session price plus the finder service fee, not only on the fee. If a host charges $20, the host fee is $1.80, the finder fee is $1.20, and tax is calculated on $21.20.
