For individuals offering charging services ("Hosts"), we collect full name, phone number, residential address, details of charging infrastructure including type and quantity of chargers, availability of Wi-Fi, scheduling availability, and descriptive information regarding the charging service.
In addition, when a Finder initiates a booking request, we collect transactional and contextual information including name, vehicle details, requested time and date, duration of charge, and any message submitted to the Host. This information is essential for enabling coordination between users and maintaining service integrity.
The personal information collected is used to verify user identities, facilitate bookings, enable communication between Finders and Hosts, maintain platform safety, and improve service functionality. Identification documents are collected strictly for verification and fraud prevention purposes.
